Wisconsin RTAP
The Wisconsin RTAP program is administered by RLS & Associates, Inc . (RLS) under a contract with WisDOT . Wisconsin RTAP assists rural public transit systems and private providers through a variety of training programs, providing scholarships for training and networking events, updating providers on What's New in transit, hosting a transit resource library and archives of the Wisconsin RTAP newsletter, and in many other ways.

RLS & Associates, Inc.
With a nationally recognized reputation for excellence in providing professional consulting services to State DOTs and transit systems small and large, RLS & Associates, Inc. (RLS) is no stranger to the requirements of a comprehensive and successful RTAP program. In addition to managing the Wisconsin RTAP Program since 2011, RLS has been responsible for the administration and implementation of the New Hampshire RTAP Program since 2013; the Indiana RTAP program (awarded the FTA Outstanding State RTAP Program in 2009) since 2005; and the primary provider of services through Ohio’s RTAP Program since 1989.
